With 11 years of experience in the field of aerial photography and production, and extensive knowledge in aviation, photography and digital media, we see a challenge where other people see limitations.

However it requires perfect coordination between the person controlling it and the person controlling the camera. The Griffin team lives and breathes this synchronization, and the results are evident.

We use a variety of multi-rotor UAVs known as drones. The weight of the drones ranges from 3 to 15 kg, depending on the mission or camera. Attached to the drone is a camera stabilizer (gimbal) for a smooth and stable image. If necessary, we also incorporate traditional platforms such as a helicopter or manned aircraft.

Yes, absolutely. We are covered by commercial aviation insurance and operate under an operating license issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. This is important information that should be ascertained when searching for a service provider in the field.

Yes, there are safety restrictions, such as zones where flight is prohibited or that require prior coordination for operating. distance limits (line of sight), as well as restrictions related to temperature, wind velocity, and of course it is not possible to fly in the rain.

Flight time is 7 to 15 minutes, depending on the weather, the mission and the type of payload. A minimal interval of 10 minutes should be taken into consideration for battery replacement and technical inspection. We always arrive with a sufficient number of batteries for a full working day.

Griffin’s flight crew has undergone certification and professional training in the field of UAV flying and operates under an operating license issued by the Civil Aviation Authority and the Ministry of Transport.
We have years of experience required for safe operation even under complicated conditions.

If the space is large enough and without obstacles, and it does not put people in danger – then with careful planning we certainly can.

The drone can fly at a speed of up to 60 mph, depending on wind and weight.

The radio range supports long distances, but flight regulations require continual line of sight with the drone, so the maximum radius is up to 500 meters from the takeoff point.

INSPIRE 2 X7 ProRes and Raw DNG
Sony A7R (allows to take photos with a resolution of up to 36 megapixels)
Panasonic GH4 (for shooting 4K or Full HD video)
We also integrate a variety of cameras according to the customer's requirements, with cameras such as:
Alexa Mini
RED Dragon
Canon C300

The camera stabilizer can move independently from the drone, at an angle of up to 360 degrees, and its movement is fully controlled from the ground station. The camera transmits video directly to the ground, allowing precise adjustment of the frame or shot in real-time.

We prepare meticulously before every job to prevent mishaps. In addition, we always arrive at the site with a backup drone and alternative stabilizer to allow for continual, proper work.

Certainly, we have a rich and diverse archive of pictures and videos.

In addition to aerial photography, we work with the finest directors and photographers and can produce videos with exceptional visual and graphic qualities.
We can also tailor our drones for a variety of special applications and missions, according to our clients’ requirements.

Actually, this is the major key field of our work, and our distinction in aerial video is the result of extensive experience. The space in which the drone moves is wide and confusing, and you can take countless types of shots. Being smart and focused in picking, defining and synchronizing them, out of all the possibilities, is our underlying skill. Our production value is very high - we manage to do a lot of work within the predefined time frame, and in fact need shorter time to obtain the desired result.
We have a variety of drones able to carry differnt cameras up to RED EPIC and ALEXA Mini. .

Whether you need aerial photos for marketing purposes, documentation and tracking of projects and insertion of simulations, 360-degree panorama to showcase the landscape from a future building while creating virtual tours for the project, vertical photography for design purposes or for generating a 3D model - we do it all.
And we don’t just do it – we offer it at a resolution that is higher than the market standard (36 megapixels), resulting in very high production quality even on a large scale.

If it can be done with a drone – we probably do it. This is where your imagination meets our capabilities. A marriage proposal flown straight into the house through the window? Flying pizza deliveries? Just say the word.
Over the years, we’ve taken on some weird and wonderful jobs. We’ve installed a weapon on a drone to shoot from the air, we flew a robotic lawnmower, our drones starred as props in films, we filmed using special night vision sensors, thermal vision, 360-degree video, and more.
Just tell us what you imagined, and we'll come up with a solution.
